Revolutionizing Adaptive Sports in Our Community
At the S.M.C.L. Foundation & Associates, our longstanding commitment to adaptive sports drives us to create opportunities for all individuals to experience the freedom and exhilaration of movement. This past Saturday, we were thrilled to collaborate with TNT 360 Mobility to host the Wheels in Motion WCMX and Skate Clinics at Wenwood Skatepark in Kenner, LA. This event was a significant step forward in our mission to introduce adaptive sports to our community and ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, can participate in and enjoy new athletic experiences.
We are immensely grateful for the continuous support from the City of Kenner. Their invaluable assistance has been crucial in bringing these clinics to life. By providing essential resources and unwavering encouragement, the City of Kenner helps us create a safe and accessible environment where everyone can thrive and explore new sports.
The Wheels in Motion WCMX and Skate Clinics are not merely events; they are a celebration of resilience, community, and the joy of sports. With our expertise in adaptive sports and the dedicated partnership with TNT 360 Mobility, we showcased the possibilities within adaptive skating and WCMX (Wheelchair Motocross). These clinics provided a platform for participants to learn new skills, from executing wheelchair tricks to mastering skateboard techniques, fostering a sense of achievement and camaraderie.
At the SMCL Foundation, we are committed to expanding our reach and impact through collaborative efforts. Partnering with TNT 360 Mobility allows us to continue providing enriching opportunities for individuals of all abilities. The success of the Wheels in Motion WCMX and Skate Clinics serves as a powerful reminder of what we can achieve together. We invite everyone to join us in our mission to create a world where adaptive sports are accessible to all, promoting independence and joy through movement.
Thank you to the City of Kenner, and TNT 360 Mobility for making this event a remarkable success. Together, we are breaking barriers, fostering independence, and spreading the joy of adaptive sports.
